Services

EkoHacks provides educational workshops, training programs, and community resources focused on software development practices including Test-Driven Development, Vim, and other programming skills.

Registration and Accounts

When registering for our workshops, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

Payment and Refunds

Workshop fees are due at the time of registration. Refund policies vary by workshop and will be communicated at the time of registration. Generally, refunds are available up to 7 days before the workshop start date.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through our workshops and website are the property of EkoHacks and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Code of Conduct

Participants in our workshops and community are expected to treat others with respect and professionalism, refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior, and follow instructor guidelines and workshop rules. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards.

Limitation of Liability

EkoHacks provides educational services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participating in our workshops. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EkoHacks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
