EkoHacks provides technology services including:

Specific terms for consulting, development, or integration engagements will be set out in a separate service agreement between you and EKOHACKS OÜ. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail.

5. Workshop Registration and Cancellation

Registration

When registering for a workshop, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Registration is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.

Payment

Where a workshop requires payment, fees are due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated. All prices are quoted inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation by You

You may cancel your workshop registration by contacting us at connect@ekohacks.com. The following cancellation terms apply:

• More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund.
• 7 to 14 days before the workshop: 50% refund, or you may transfer your place to another person at no additional cost.
• Less than 7 days before the workshop: No refund, but you may transfer your place to another person.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another scheduled workshop.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of EKOHACKS OÜ or its content suppliers and is protected by Estonian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Workshop materials, course content, presentations, and any resources provided during our training programmes are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from these materials without our prior written consent.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants in our workshops and community spaces are expected to:

• Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with respect and professionalism.
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behaviour.
• Follow instructor guidelines and workshop rules.
• Not share or distribute workshop materials without permission.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct, without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• EKOHACKS OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participating in our workshops or using our consulting services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Estonian law.

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the website or its content.
